As a freelance illustrator and brand designer I do most of my work remotely, as a result when an opportunity for travel arises there's little reason not to go. So when my sister invited me along for a quick road trip, mostly in the American South I took the chance to come along, and since editorial illustration and travel illustrations are passions of mind I brought my sketchbook along to document the journey.
The first stop was our uncle in Memphis Tennessee where he invited us to a Tiger's MBA game, then our aunt in Blueridge Georgia, next a quick stop Savannah, Georgia before ending in Miami with a stop over to see Everglades National Park.
I had a great time on the trip and I hope you enjoyed the illustrated results!
